We wanted to get back to Central Texas and are very happy with Sage Plum Creek. The staff has gone out of their way to accommodate us, thanks to Zach, Maggie, Sierra, Kelvis, Raquel, Alex and Mark. The residents have been very welcoming. A quiet complex with nearby conveniences of shopping, restaurants, and medical offices. I've met a lot of cool pups at the onsite doggy park.

Moved here in August from near Beaumont Tx. Could not be happier !!!! Beautiful facility, super friendly and helpful staff. More activities than you can imagine……the residents took me in as part of the community as soon as I got there. If you’re looking for a 55+ apartment in the Kyle/Buda area I suggest you check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Sage Plum Creek is a community that would be highly recommended by us because of location, location, location. Sage is near our family members, HEB superstore, restaurants, shopping, and our banks. It is a perfect location in a clean and friendly environment. Our Sage representative came out to greet us and offered water and made us feel welcomed. We are extremely pleased with all the amenities of the Sage community. The property is very clean and nicely landscaped. It was obvious the maintenance personnel takes pride in their work. As we toured the facility and moved through all the areas, we found ourselves saying, "we could live here".

I absolutely love Sage Plum Creek! The staff here truly go above and beyond to make life enjoyable for residents. They’re always planning fun and creative events that bring the community together — from themed socials to holiday celebrations, there’s always something to look forward to. A special shoutout to Maggie, the assistant manager, who is absolutely awesome! She’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. You can really tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in making Sage Plum Creek such a welcoming place to live. Huge thanks to the entire team for all the hard work you put in every day — it really shows!

Moving here from Phoenix, Az. I didn't know what to expect. Wow!! what a great surprise. I love my apartment location, the size of it, and the great maintenance free living. As far as the activities, there are just too many to mention. The staff is amazing, always there to help with smiles on their faces. The activities they provide along with delicious food is a plus. I would highly recommend Sage Plum Creek because it meets our needs. We already know people there. Everybody I run into (even if you don't know them) tells me that they love it there. It's clean and open. The staff is wonderful. We're very pleased with the accommodation that we were able to get. They have a lot of activities. The grounds are impeccably kept and clean. There's a pool, there's pickleball, and there's a doggy park. There is a place to grow a garden if you want. There are cabanas, seating areas, and grilling areas. It's also very centrally located. It's close to a lot of things, and that makes it very convenient.

I am coming from owning a home in Lockhart that was causing me oodles of money to maintain. I don’t drive anymore doctors orders. I have no car. And I found myself sitting at home by myself too much of the time. So moving here Is astounding. There is so much to do. The people are so nice and helpful and are my age. I have been here one week and I’m thrilled with everything except the unpacking!

The minute I walked in the door of Sage Plum Creek, I knew this was the place I wanted to live. My son told me that I would know it was the right place for me if it felt like home. I love the fact that the buildings are all enclosed and there are elevators! We have the best time with extra curricular activities. We teach dancing for free, we play pickle ball, sing karaoke, shoot billiards, play poker, and bingo. We also have a garden club and a book club. One of the things I like the best are all of the pot lucks and celebrations! We also get groups together and go hiking or listen to live music and afterwards we all sit down for a meal together. I’m proud to call Sage, home!

Sage Plum Creek is an amazing place to live. The amenities are first class, we have a beautiful clubhouse with card tables, pool table, sports simulator (golf, football, baseball, basketball). The management is very attentive and the residents are fun, friendly and caring. If you’re 55 or older you need to come take a look. I’ve lived here two and a half years and love it!

Best decision we ever made! Moved here from Louisiana and have been living here for a little over a year, and we love it! So many activities to do, and the staff is very helpful and professional. We have so much free time now instead of keeping up the yard and all the maintenance that goes with owning a house! It’s so convenient to be able to get to all the amenities, especially getting your mail and packages without even having to go outside! One of the best things about living here is also Location! Everything is so close! I can’t imagine living anywhere else!

From Day One, I have loved living at Sage Plum Creek! (I’ve been here 2 1/2 years.) Sierra in the office truly cares about the residents. There are so many activities I am busy every single day. Raquel (housekeeping/maintenance) does the work of two people to keep the place spotless. I recommend Sage /55 plus active lifestyle facilities to everyone! (My sister even moved into a Sparrow property in Houston recently!)

We have so much fun here at Sage. Lots of activities going on. Karaoke, bingo, card games, dominoes, Social hour for resident, potlucks, birthday celebration, Art Class, Movie once month. Book club, Wine Tasting club and much more. Several committees to join as volunteers.
